Mission
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Agilent. You'll be responsible for:

Actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers to identify and close sales opportunities for on-demand service contracts and maintenance/repair services.
- Inbound Sales: Handling incoming customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer needs effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively offering solutions.
- Sales Funnel Management: Managing your own sales pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-up.
