About the Role
As a Dutch‑speaking Customer Support Advisor, you'll help customers with questions related to mobile services, internet, and home products. You'll provide friendly, solution‑focused support while ensuring every customer receives an excellent experience. You'll also identify opportunities to recommend products or services that genuinely suit the customer's needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing customer support via phone
- Assisting customers with mobile, internet and TV‑related enquiries
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
- Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
- Identifying relevant cross‑selling and upselling opportunit
