Apprentice GOE Analytics
Loaction: Barcelona, Spain
We are seeking a passionate Analytics Apprentice with a sharp analytical mindset, eager to deep-dive into business processes and help transform the Operations through Data & AnalyticsAt dsm-firmenich, being a force for good is not optional.

Your key responsibilities
• Support the definition and calculation of the Ops KPIs for the organization: capturing complex business logics into key metrics.• Translating data into actionable insights.

• Conduct KPI simulations using data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik,



or similar).

• Have an active role in the construction of Dashboards and analytical solutions for Operations.• Present results and data-driven insights to stakeholders.

• Create content to spread analytical knowledge in the company.
