Your main mission will be to optimize and standardize the end-to-end furniture supply chain.



You will apply a process engineering mindset to reduce operational costs, minimize delays, and ensure the scalability and quality of our turnkey property furnishing service.
Your success in this mission will be stellar if you succeed in the following:
- Assist the team in the planning and execution of daily operations: prepare furniture quotations, compile weekly statistics, and organize supplier documentation.
- Monitor and ensure the fulfillment of furniture deliveries (OTIF), escalating risks and coordinating with suppliers and installers when needed.
- Perform back-office support for the Furniture Team: order entry, PO tracking, documentation control, and invoice matching.
- Process Mapping & Optimization: document the end-to-end workflow (purchasing → installation), identify bottlenecks, and propose standardized SOPs and clear RACI roles.
- Supply Chain Data Analysis: use operational data (delivery times, error rates, assembly complexity
