Join our Business Development team in Barcelona and become a key part of our growth across the Nordic and wider EMEA markets.About the RoleAs a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses. Your mission will be to identify new sales opportunities, understand customer needs, and connect prospective customers with the right cloud solutions.You will work in a dynamic, target-driven environment, primarily engaging prospects through outbound calls and emails. You'll build relationships with decision-makers, qualify opportunities,



and create a strong foundation for the next stage of the sales process.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) targets and daily/weekly activity goals.Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts and identify high-potential prospects.Conduct outbound calls and emails, including cold calling, to C-level and senior decision-makers.Build rapport quickly and understand customer business challenges and requirements.Connect business needs with appropriate cloud solutions through a consultative, solution-selling approach.Identify and qualify new business opportunities and ensure successful handover to the appropriate sales team.Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in Salesforce or other CRM systems.Track leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, activities and customer interactions.Consistently work toward individual and team KPIs, including productivity, conversion, pipeline and opportunity creation.Document customer conversations, requirements
