The Role
This is a hybrid role: you’ll do both Technical Merchant Support and Developer Advocacy. One day you’ll be debugging a failed payment for a merchant; the next, you’ll be writing the doc that prevents that same ticket from ever happening again. We’re not looking for someone who picks a side—we’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection.

You’ll be the bridge between our engineering team and the people who use MONEI: merchants, developers, partners, and internal teams. You’ll investigate real issues, ship small fixes, keep our docs sharp, write tutorials,



and engage with the developer community—all in the same role.

You’ll work directly with one of our senior engineers, who’ll invest in your growth from day one.

We’re open to multiple formats:

- Full-time for experienced candidates with a mix of technical support and developer-facing experience.
- Part‑time or paid internship (targeted at UPC and similar tech students, ~20h/week, hybrid from our Barcelona office) with a clear path to a full‑time role after a successful trial.

What You’ll Do

- Investigate Support Tickets: Debug payment failures, integration issues, and account questions from merchants, partners, and internal teams.
- Reproduce & Escalate Bugs: Build minimal repro cases, file clear bug reports, and act as the bridge between merchants/developers using MONEI and our engineering team.
- Ship Small Code Fixes: Own low‑risk fixes end-to-end—open PRs, get them reviewed, ship
