In this role you drive sponsorship revenue across Fever’s global live-experience portfolio. You build and close partnerships with brands and agencies, crafting bespoke programs that connect millions of consumers to Fever Originals, tours, and immersive experiences. You work cross-functionally to create compelling commercial solutions and manage the full sales cycle in a fast-growing environment. You’ll help shape scalable experiences and senior-level partnerships while contributing to Fever’s mission and integral campaigns.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of brand partners across key categories, consistently surpassing revenue targets
• Prospect, pitch, and close sponsorship opportunities across Fever’s portfolio (Fever Originals, touring exhibitions, concerts, immersive experiences, official partnerships)
• Develop bespoke sponsorship proposals with Marketing, Content, Media,



and Operations to deliver compelling client solutions
• Lead the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, contracting, and closure
• Foster senior relationships with brand marketers, agencies, and procurement teams to generate long-term partnerships
• Negotiate terms and sponsorship agreements aligned with internal objectives
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity in Salesforce with regular performance updates
• Collaborate with Account Management and Delivery teams for seamless deal handoffs
• Shape scalable Fever Original experiences in early stages around sponsorship deals and adapt strategies for smaller events
