Responsibilities
Your main mission as an Automotive Technical Clerk will be to provide high-quality service to our clients by managing their vehicle fleets in Sweden.

- Communicating via email and/or phone with workshops to resolve daily issues, as well as preparing quotes when necessary.
- Reviewing and comparing the quotes provided by workshops in their inquiries.




- Checking references and repair times using the various IT tools available.
- Providing mechanical advice for the inquiries received.
- Indicating to clients the geographical location of workshops in the requested area.
- Performing checks and recording data in the vehicle database (repair history).
- Managing vehicle fleets according to manufacturer maintenance schedules.
- Using different manufacturers’ programs, as well as the company’s own software.

Qualifications

- Academic background: Higher Vocational Training in Automotive or Intermediate Vocational Training in Automotive Electromechanics.
- At least 2 years of experience in the automotive sector.
- Advanced Swedish: C1/C2 level.
- Good knowledge of Office 365, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
