This is a hybrid role combining People Leadership with Software Test Management. As a Test Chapter Leader / Test Manager, you will lead and develop a chapter of Software Test Engineers by providing technical leadership, supporting the professional growth of your team members, establishing testing strategies, standards, and best practices, and fostering collaboration across Agile Squads.
In addition, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and oversight of verification and validation activities throughout the software development lifecycle, working closely with Software Engineers, Solution Leaders,



Affiliates and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high quality clinical software.
You will contribute to product delivery within a multidisciplinary Squad by defining test strategies, coordinating testing activities, managing quality risks, supporting release readiness, and collaborating closely with Software Engineers, Solution Leaders, Affiliates, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high quality clinical software. This role offers the opportunity to combine technical leadership, quality ownership, and people management while contributing to one of Werfen's strategic digital solutions.
