Build and maintain the bridge with customers to keep business continuity and show proactivity to prevent overdue balances in the customer account.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Receive and answer calls from customers and Hellmann Offices regarding customers overdue and current exposuresContact customers by email and telephone to communicate the following items: current statement of account, request payments of outstanding invoicesUpdate all efforts such email and call notes with the results of the collection attempts and customer communication on the accounting system and the tracking reportsEnsure prompt resolution once an account has been escalated to AR Team Leader and AR SupervisorKeep the con
