The Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a hybrid key position within the Spanish Novocure organization based in Madrid and working on the field. The position will be responsible for providing a variety of external customers with medical and scientific information on the appropriate utilization of specific NOVOCURE products and with more general information about disease state.
What You’ll Do

- Leading the Medical Communications assets management in support of marketed and pipeline indications in oncology (CNS and GI)
- Development, fact-checking, quality assurance, and updates for Medical Affairs materials, such as congress materials, Slide Libraries, and other resources as required
- Supports the management and development of other materials, including websites, slide decks, trainings, and disease backgrounders, as requested
- Assists with the identification, sourcing, evaluating and hiring of vendors as required by departmental project needs. Participates in vendor pitch presentations as appropriate
- Support the management of vendor relationships for own projects and contributes to strong internal team communication regarding status
- Establishes project timelines and ensures timelines are communicated and met
- Maintains records of source publications and fact-checking reference documents for all materials developed or revised
- Supports medical accuracy review and fact-checking for Promotional Review Committee process as requested. Participates in PRC meetings as required
- Assists in developing and executing a congress plan for medical presence at key oncology meetings
