You will act as the bridge between clients, Product, Engineering, and Growth teams, driving successful adoption, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Quality & Workflow Design

- Translate complex client challenges into scalable, measurable workflows.
- Balance customer requirements with platform capabilities and limitations.
- Develop reusable playbooks, templates, and demo assets to accelerate adoption.




- Stay up to date with product developments and translate new features into practical, client-facing solutions.
- Provide valuable feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer insights.

2. Operational Excellence & Organisation

- Monitor customer usage, adoption, and health metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
- Build and manage clear delivery plans, including ownership, timelines, dependencies, and milestones.
