The TeamThe Engineering team, consisting of 200+ Product Engineers, builds a Business Management solution. The API & Integrations team operates between product and platform, managing the public API, integration framework, and developer experience.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end development of the public API and integrations framework, from problem definition and system design to shipping, monitoring, and iteration in production.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design to shape APIs and frameworks that meet real user needs.
- Ensure consistent user and integration experience across verticals, aligned with Factorial’s design system.
- Participate in customer calls, reviews, and feedback sessions to understand workflows and pain points.




- Mentor peers, document learnings, and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Define and drive AI initiatives related to the YepCode acquisition, including skill‑based agents, evaluation frameworks, RAG, and agentic workflows.

Qualifications
- Development maturity: produce solid, well‑tested, production‑grade code and own systems end‑to‑end.
- Proven impact: demonstrated projects or contributions that produced measurable results.
- Product‑first thinking: design end‑to‑end experiences, not isolated components.
- Speed and adaptability: experiment, learn, and iterate quickly.
- Abstraction mindset: experience working with legacy/monolithic systems and building reusable frameworks for multiple teams.
