Overview

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges, and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the general company project and its customers. You will be part of the Customer Experience team, driving high‑impact Java development while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

What you will do: The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Drive technical work for other engineers, staying up‑to‑date on industry trends and applying them.
- Provide technical guidance for complex initiatives and deliver strategic technical improvements.
- Improve code structure and architecture, focusing on testability, maintainability, and technical investments.
- Successfully deliver high‑complexity projects, managing multiple stakeholders, monitoring timelines, and mitigating risks.
- Give and receive feedback through code reviews,



architecture reviews, and mentorship, coaching team members to grow their skills.
- Communicate complex ideas to technical and business stakeholders, aligning with the broader organization.
- Continuously expand your skills and knowledge through learning and innovation.

What you need to succeed
- Deep understanding of software engineering concepts: OOP, functional programming, concurrency, data structures, design & architecture patterns, databases, APIs, etc.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including deployment to production, unit and integration testing, and Cloud & Continuous Delivery environments.
- Strong data‑driven analytical skills, design pattern expertise, and creativity for solving complex business and customer problems.
