You can join our team as a Senior Compensation Analyst, providing compensation support for multiple organizations and/or locations.Your key responsibilities:Support the Senior Manager, Compensation Projects in executing the Global Compensation strategy that supports the attraction, retention and wellbeing of our diverse workforceAs part of the strategy execution, you will focus on alignment with the wider Ericsson Compensation Programs and ProjectsCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including Ericsson teams, to ensure compensation projects and initiatives are fully planned and executed in a timely and accurate fashionManage and propose relevant initiatives for approval, taking into consideration costs,
