We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join the Patchman team. You’ll work hands-on with Patchman’s existing and legacy infrastructure, helping stabilize, modernize, and integrate it with our broader platform.



This includes tackling technical debt, improving reliability and performance, optimizing infrastructure costs, and simplifying systems and processes along the way. You’ll collaborate closely with other teams to help build a stronger and more maintainable foundation for the product.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the Patchman backend infrastructure
- Develop and maintain new product features, from design through implementation and testing
- Investigate and resolve complex issues reported by customers, digging deep into the codebase to identify root causes
- Operate and maintain a large fleet of dedicated servers, including API gateways, load balancers, and internal processing nodes
- Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines for efficient, automated delivery
- Write and maintain comprehensive unit/integration tests to ensure code quality
- Monitor performance and reliabilit
