supporting the design and rollout of IT Quality awareness initiatives that strengthen quality and compliance across the entire IT organization.
What Your Responsibilities Will BeIn this role, you will play an active part in promoting a strong quality culture within IT. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the design and deployment of IT QA initiatives aimed at increasing quality awareness across the IT organization.
- Assisting in the implementation and continuous improvement of the IT Quality Management System, including reviewing and updating quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Helping analyze, track, and resolve quality events, such as deviations, change controls, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Contributing to GxP assessments of IT suppliers and computerized systems under the guidance of the IT Quality team.
