- Working closely with classroom teachers, learning support specialists, and families, the Shadow Teacher will provide individualized support to a student, helping them access the curriculum, engage fully in school life, and develop the academic, social, and emotional skills needed for success.
- Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs is highly desirable. We are looking for someone who is versátil, proactive, and committed to inclusive education, with the ability to build positive relationships and adapt support strategies to meet the evolving needs of the student.
- At ICS, we value a diverse and inclusive community where every learner is empowered to thrive. While Spanish is not required for the role,
we are pleased to offer complimentary Spanish lessons to staff who wish to learn and further engage with the local culture.
