Skills and Experience




- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and legacy Dynamics AX implementations.- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ERP implementations involving multiple integrations, ISV solutions, and complex technology ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of Azure, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence technologies, including Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, workflow automation, and AI-assisted software development.
- Ability to evaluate, design, and integrate AI-powered capabilities within ERP and enterprise business solutions.
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution envisioning workshops, effort estimations, architecture reviews, and proposal development.
