Marblanc Solar is one of the leading solar installation companies on the Costa del Sol, delivering high-quality solar PV, battery storage and EV charging installations for homeowners and businesses across Southern Spain.
Due to continued growth and an increasing number of projects, we are looking for a reliable and experienced Solar Site Operative / Solar Installation Technician to join our installation team on a full-time basis.
This is a hands-on site-based role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and has previous experience installing solar PV systems.
About the Role
As part of our installation team, you will work on residential and commercial solar projects across the Costa del Sol, assisting with the installation of solar panels, mounting systems, battery storage systems and associated equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing solar PV panels and mounting systems
- Carrying materials and equipment safely on site
- Assisting with battery storage and inverter installations
- Working closely with electricians and site supervisors
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
- Following company quality and safety procedures
- Travelling to installation sites throughout the Costa del Sol
Essential Requirements
Previous experience working on solar PV installations (required)
Full driving licence
Available for full-time employment
Physically fit and comfortable working on roofs and at heights
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Preferred but Not Essential
- Experience with battery storage systems
- Construction, roofing or electrical background
- Working-at-heights certification
- English and/or Spanish language skills
