Your skills:
- 24 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
- Ability to build relationships
- Excellent time management skill
- Experience in Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- Manage user accounts via Active Directory

Your tasks:
- Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
- Handle inbound calls and answer questions
