About the role

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives,



from tech to customer support.

You'll challenge existing modelling processes and elevate them to new standards, supporting Revolut's growth and ensuring models drive business decisions, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

What you'll be doing
- Establishing, maintaining, and enforcing our model risk management (MRM) framework, ensuring models comply with firmwide policies
- Maintaining model inventory data integrity by resolving exceptions from automated checks and managing model classifications, changes, and deactivations
- Partnering with the Technology team to maintain systems supporting model risk management workflows, driving efforts towards increased efficiency and automation
- Engaging with auditors and regulators on model risk management topics
- Overseeing process efficiency, including reporting and controls assessments
