This role is responsible for creating high-quality long and short-form content across campaigns and social media, managing copy on our corporate website and ensuring every piece is optimised for discoverability through SEO and AI-powered search.
- Must Have:
- Exceptional writing and editing skills across a range of formats, from long-form reports to campaign copy and website content
- Strong experience writing high-performing website copy with a clear understanding of user experience and digital content best practices
- Good understanding of SEO principles and how content is discovered through search engines and AI-powered search experiences




- Strong understanding of brand storytelling, tone of voice and content marketing best practices
- Ability to translate complex HR, Pay and Time topics into clear, engaging and human content
- Experience using content performance metrics and analytics to optimise content effectiveness
- Creative thinker who can generate original content ideas and identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Experience working with content management systems such as Drupal or WordPress
- Familiarity with website publishing workflows and content governance
