About the job Hebrew-Speaking Digital Advertising Growth SpecialistWe´re looking for a driven Digital Advertising Growth Specialist to join a dynamic, international team in Barcelona. In this role, you´ll collaborate with Hebrew-speaking businesses and marketing agencies across EMEA, helping them unlock the full potential of their online advertising through tailored, high-impact strategies.

What You´ll Do:
- Build and strengthen relationships with advertisers and agencies by offering strategic, results-oriented digital marketing guidance.
- Deliver expert consultancy to boost ROI and improve campaign performance across major ad platforms.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities,



promoting additional marketing solutions, and consistently hitting sales targets.
- Communicate proactively with clients through calls, video meetings, and email, ensuring a smooth, premium customer experience.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- C2 Hebrew + strong command of English.
- 1- 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or online advertising.
- Solid understanding of major ad platforms (Ads, AdSense, YouTube).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and time-management skills.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Genuine passion for Marketing, Tech, and Digital Advertisingplus a strong eagerness to grow.
- Valid work permit for Spain.

What You´ll Get:
- Full-time (39h/week) hybrid role in Barcelona.
