Position overview

As a People Partner based in Barcelona, you will serve as the primary People point of contact in Spain and partner closely with the People & Culture Lead to ensure integral priorities, policies, and standards are implemented with consistency and compliance.

The role oversees day-to-day People operations in Barcelona, including documentation standards, lifecycle execution,



and regulatory adherence. Working closely with managers and teams, you will gather local insights and surface risks as needed.
