We are looking for an IT Operations & People Specialist / Chief of Staff Associate (IT) to act as the operational backbone of our department. In a fast-scaling environment with 60+ engineers and multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) across general locations, you will bridge IT Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and HR with a strong execution mindset.

You will play a key role in removing operational friction, orchestrating a large-scale hiring ramp-up, and

optimizing the end-to-end lifecycle of our global engineering teams. Working closely with IT Heads and central Chief of Staff functions,



you will ensure operational excellence, transparency, and alignment across the Tech organization.

YOUR CHALLENGE:
Talent Orchestration & Hiring Pipeline
- Acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) between IT Leadership and the global Talent Acquisition team to accelerate the closing of multiple open roles
- Driving the end-to-end hiring process, including requisitions, approvals and alignment with HR
- Identifying and removing bottlenecks in the recruitment pipeline to ensure efficient time-to-hire
- Standardizing interview processes across Agile Release Trains, coordinating interviewers, and ensuring timely and structured feedback loops
- Designing and coordinating a seamless global onboarding experience, enabling new hires to be productive from day one
