To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a (Junior) HR Consultant (M/F/d) specialising in e-learning to support our clients in the successful implementation of our solution and to help shape our learning programmes on remuneration and pay transparency.
- Your responsibilities_
- Helping to develop and design e-learning programmes You will support the development of e-learning modules relating to our solution - e.g. on job architecture, compensation & benefits, pay transparency or the gender pay gap - from the initial idea through storyboards to the finished learning module.
- Working closely with our Implementation Consultants Together with the (Senior) Implementation Consultants, you will identify learning needs arising from client projects - e.g.



regarding remuneration processes, equal pay approaches or reporting - and translate these into scalable e-learning formats and training materials.
- Presenting complex compensation topics in an accessible way You’ll present content such as job evaluation, salary structures, equal pay analyses or the gender pay gap in an accessible way - for example, in the form of scripts, videos, step-by-step guides, quizzes and interactive exercises.
- Further development and maintenance of the e-learning portfolio You will update our courses following their completion to reflect product updates (new features, UI changes) and content developments - e.g. in response to new legal requirements relating to pay transparency or the gender pay gap - and ensure high standards of content and pedagogical quality.
