Position overview

As a People Partner based in Barcelona, you will serve as the primary People point of contact in Spain and partner closely with the People & Culture Lead to ensure general priorities, policies, and standards are implemented with consistency and compliance.

The role oversees day-to-day People operations in Barcelona, including documentation standards, lifecycle execution,



and regulatory adherence. Working closely with managers and teams, you will gather local insights and surface risks as needed.

Your Mission
- Regional People Partnering & Employee Lifecycle Support:Coordinate and execute key lifecycle processes in partnership with the People & Culture Lead, including onboarding, performance cycles, compensation reviews, promotions, contractor transitions, and exits.
