We are looking for an Account Manager to support our growth and play an active role in the development of our ESPT business. In this role, you will be responsible for developing stable and repeatable sales within specific industries and/or geographies by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, from market leaders to smaller players across industries such as machine building, robotics, infrastructure, furniture, and others.
You will manage the full sales cycle, develop new business opportunities, and build long-term customer relationships while contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and overall business development.
How You'll Contribute:
- Sales & Account Management:
- Develop repeatable and stable sales within assigned industries and/or geographies by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Work with incoming warm leads, qualify opportunities, develop relationships, and convert prospects into customers
- Acquire new customers and expand existing customer relationships
- Build and manage an opportunity pipeline within specific industries and/or geographies
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial customer contact and enquiry through order placement and the development of repeat business
- Maintain customer relationships throughout all stages of the project and act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Business Development & Growth:
- Achieve individual sales targets across an assigned customer portfolio and industry and/or geographic focus
