Job Requirements

Must haves
- 2–4 years of experience in publisher-side account management within the mobile ad tech or app monetization platforms (e.g., Tapjoy, Mistplay,



IronSource). Account management experience in Affiliate mobile networks could also be considered.
- Extensive experience managing accounts in an international environment
- Deep understanding of rewarded ad formats, including offerwalls and rewarded video
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of Excel, Google Sheets, and performance dashboards.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves
- Experience working with mobile measurement platforms (MMPs) such as Appsflyer, Adjust
- Understanding of mobile game/app development cycles and user acquisition trends.
