Your role in our shared journey

As a Human Resources Trainee, you will follow a learning path where you will learn by doing, collaborating with the Iberia Human Resources team,



and gaining hands‑on experience across both Wholesale and Retail channels.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Support in Administration (support to the European HQ with new joiners, leavers, contract modification…)
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for Retail and Wholesale positions.
- Support Health & Safety initiatives and administrative processes.
- Provide support in the coordination of local benefits.
- Provide support across various HR projects and initiatives.

You Have The Following Experience And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Eligible to be hired under a Spanish "Contrato en Prácticas" (candidates must have graduated within the last three years).
- Previous experience in an HR department (minimum 6 months)
- Available to start in September 2026.
