The Account Manager will drive new business development, identifying and securing enterprise-level clients across multiple verticals in international markets — from initial prospecting through contract execution. Their focus will be to grow TransPerfect´s solutions through new client acquisition and account expansion.

The role requires a commercially-driven professional capable of engaging C-Level stakeholders in conversations around integral growth, workflow modernization, and scalable content and technology solutions.

Position responsibilities:
- Identify and engage global enterprise prospects
- Generate new business through proactive prospecting, industry networking, digital outreach, and participation in trade events
- Adopt a consultative sales approach from qualification through negotiation and contract execution
- Develop an understanding of client business models and identify and pitch international growth strategies
- Position TransPerfect’s AI-enabled content, technology, and global solutions within broader digital transformation and operational initiatives




- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to structure and close complex, multi-service enterprise agreements
- Serve as a strategic partner for clients, aligning solutions with client needs
- Once onboarded, monitor account performance and proactively identify and drive expansion opportunities through cross-sell and up-selling activities
- Collaborate with Production and Technology teams to support smooth implementations and contribute to client satisfaction
- With the support of Management, define pricing strategies, participate in contractual discussions, and revenue forecasting with Accounting teams

Essential skills & experience required:
