- Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
- Consolidate and build the customer base.
- Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
- Ensure consistent customer follow‑up.
- Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies.
- Handle customer needs and inquiries.

Requirements
- Language Skills: C2 level of Polish, good level of English (oral and written).
- Experience: 14 months sales experience and customer interaction, ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Ability to perform tasks independently with some supervision.
- CRM Skills: proficient CRM experience,



comfortable using CRM software to track customer interactions and assist in sales processes.
- Communication Skills: solid communication skills, able to convey messages clearly and contribute to team efforts.
- Business Acumen: solid business acumen, able to understand business principles and contribute to operational improvements.
- Personal Skills: proactive and motivated, customer‑oriented team player.
