We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to serve as the strategic technology liaison for our Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, and Drug Safety (Pharmacovigilance) functions. This individual will partner closely with business leaders to shape technology roadmaps, drive digital transformation initiatives, and optimize enterprise platforms that support the end-to-end pharmaceutical product lifecycle.

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and hands-on experience with Veeva platform solutions and Pharmacovigilance/Safety systems, enabling them to bridge business objectives with technology capabilities while ensuring compliance with integral regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partnership
- Act as the trusted technology advisor to Medical, Regulatory, Clinical Operations, and Pharmacovigilance stakeholders.
- Develop strong relationships with executive and functional leaders to understand business priorities, challenges, and opportunities.




- Translate business strategies into technology roadmaps and investment plans.
- Lead demand management, prioritization, and governance processes across the business portfolio.
- Drive the strategy, adoption, optimization, and lifecycle management of key GxP-regulated applications.
