At Itera Mobility Engineering, we are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our automotive engineering team in Valencia, Spain.
Main functions to develop:
- Monitor and control quality processes throughout production
- Manage customer complaints using structured problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa)
- Coordinate internal and external quality audits
- Work cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Logistics to drive quality improvements
- Track and report key quality performance indicators (KPIs)
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality projects within the automotive sector.
- Experience in direct communication with clients, especially German OEMs (VW, Audi, BMW...).
- Knowledge of APQP tools (PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D...)
- Experience in plastics (injection molding, painting, chrome plating, assembly...) is a plus.
- Fluent in English is a must.
