Where You'll Make a Difference
- Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide insight into learning participation, completion, engagement, effectiveness, and talent development trends.
- Analyze data from multiple sources, including Workday Learning, Human Resources systems, learning technologies, survey tools, and other business platforms.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for Human Resources, business leaders, and key stakeholders.




- Support the design and implementation of learning measurement and evaluation strategies, including program effectiveness, learner feedback, behavior change indicators, and business outcomes.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support leadership requests, strategic initiatives, workforce development priorities, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes, improve data governance practices, and increase operational efficiency.
- Support the administration of Workday Learning, including courses, learning programs, campaigns, learning paths, enrollments, assignments, and audiences.
- Monitor and maintain learning data quality, ensuring accurate reporting, learner records, completion tracking, and system integrity.
- Partner with stakeholders to optimize the learner and administrator experience through process improvements and system enhancements.
