Role Overview

This role will sit within the General Data and Technology Solutions (GDATS) organization in World Courier and is a key member of the Architecture and Analysis team. We are re‑imagining IT as a strategic partner to the World Courier business, helping the organization rise, adapt, and grow with innovative, integrated, reliable, secure technology designed around real operational needs. The Business Solutions Analyst owns the integrity of the problem, translating ambiguous business intent into a structured, evidence‑based, decision‑ready understanding that the team can build against. You design solutions with both user and operational outcomes in mind, shaping and defining technology initiatives that support global specialty logistics operations.

Frame Problems and Turn Them into Decision‑Ready Understanding
- Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineers to understand objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Facilitate structured requirements gathering using workshops and modern techniques, including AI‑assisted analysis and synthesis.
- Create clear, testable user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation aligned to product delivery.

Define and Document End‑to‑End Business Processes
- Develop current‑state and future‑state process flows using appropriate methodologies (e.g., BPMN, swimlanes).
