As a Production Supervisor - Natural Colors, you will be responsible for controlling, programming and supervising the necessary operations, material and human resources, applying production plans, quality, food safety
We are looking for a person with deep knowledge on natural color processes and equipment, plus good understanding of natural colors formulations and pigments behaviour to smoothly support in processing challenges.
Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).




- Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to the production schedule and established work methods.
- Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable health, safety, food safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Train and support production operators in machine operation, format changes, and basic preventive maintenance of machinery and facilities.
- Operate reactors, monitoring and controlling key process variables as required.
- Coordinate and oversee sampling activities in accordance with established procedures at each stage of the production process.
- Identify and report occupational health, safety, and environmental risks associated with equipment and production activities, following established procedures.
