Your main purpose
Provide support to the Senior Interior Design Manager by supervising design processes prepared by outsourced Architecture and Design studios for new Group projects; manage external design consultants,
providing clear input on their deliverables, both at the conceptual stage and through detailed reviews of technical and construction drawing packages; support consultants during deliverables, leading workshops and contributing design ideas related to materials, layouts, and construction solutions.
Design, plan, develop, and conceptualize interior design ideas for in-house projects; develop visual and technical documentation including mood boards, hand sketches, CAD drawings, Photoshop work, and 3D models, in collaboration with the internal design team.
Support the Design Department in the development of the Group Design Guidelines, to be used by external and internal teams in all future projects; research and create FF&E; designs and presentations, including bespoke furniture concepts and detailing in coordination with the specifications team.
Carry out site visits to oversee construction progress; review and comment on material
