At Mahle SBS a Customer Service Representative provides technical support and assistance to customers via e-mail and phone. Addresses, responds and resolve to customer inquiries on products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting and maintenance. Provides response in a timely manner to customers queries and focuses on building close long-term client relationships.

Main Responsibilities, Tasks And Required Skills

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Delivers training to OEM´s and assemblers as per request and business needs.
- Deploys high level knowledge in the market and collect information for corrective action & improvement.
- Takes control of OEM´s claim by escalating to key company areas if necessary.




- Coordinates with Supply Chain department for parts pick-ups and replacement shipments.
- Guides customers through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic
- Consults with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.
- Prepares customer reports to track progress on improvement actions
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills
- Bike industry or mechatronic background is important
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal and computer skills
- Proficient in customer focus skills
- Professional and pleasant telephone and face to face manner
- Availability to travel and visit customers when required
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
