Key Responsibilities Of The Role
- Manage the co-ordination of the Internal Fit-out, Civil,



Structural & architectural work packages.
- Management of Site Safety in conjunction with Mercury Safety Advisor, including set up, management of and closing out of hand over files
- Management of Site QA/QC in conjunction with Mercury Project Manager & Quality Manager and team including set up, management and implementation of Mercury Procedures.
- Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Planner, Project Manager, Sub-Contractors and consulting Engineer/Architect to Mercury Engineering and Client requirements
- Management of relevant costs associated with Project with the support of the project QS including:
- Labour
- Material
- Plant and Equipment
- Variations
- Valuations
- Management of all day-to-day site operations.
- Ensure Mercury Policies and procedures are followed closely.
- Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower
