The Inside Sales Representative should be able to build a high-performance portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction and company objectives.Primary Duties and Responsibilities* Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails* Manage and develop existing portfolio* Perform under a quick sales environment (phone calls – emails)* Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest* Maintain and expand our database of prospects within the assigned territory* Manage accounts, prospects, calls and activity in Salesforce.com* Route qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure when appropriate* Staying informed about competing products and services* Closing sales and achieving sales targets* Suggest and implement improvement
