To fuel our continued rapid growth, we are looking for a Collections Specialist to join our Finance&Accounting; team based in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively follow up on accounts receivable.
- Contact clients via email and phone to manage overdue invoice payments.
- Negotiate payment plans or agreements when necessary, in accordance with company policy.
- Investigate and resolve invoice disputes with clients.
- Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Customer Success, Billing, Legal) to resolve issues delaying payment.
- Manage an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring appropriate handling and timely follow-up.
- Regularly review and update client contact information and status in the system.

Requirements:
- 1-2 year experience of related work in Collections or Accounts Receivable.
- Degree in Accounting and Finance or a related field.
