The Role

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play an important role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of our mobile and web applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to validate features, identify issues, and help deliver smooth, high‑performing user experiences.

Fully onsite position, based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. We are open to support with relocation efforts.

Responsibilities




- Perform smoke testing and regression testing to validate new releases and feature updates.
- Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and report bugs clearly and accurately.
- Support bug triage processes by collaborating with developers and product teams.
- Use test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray to manage and track test cases.
- Work with project management tools like Jira or Asana to log issues and monitor progress.
- Validate functionality across different browsers and mobile devices.
- Use basic browser developer tools to inspect elements, monitor requests, and support troubleshooting.Contribute to improving QA processes and documentation standards.

Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in manual software testing or a similar QA role.
- Solid understanding of testing concepts such as smoke testing, regression testing, and structured bug reporting.
