About the Role
We’re Fever, a integral tech platform that democratizes access to culture and live entertainment. In this role, you will support the analysis, integration, and post‑acquisition performance of newly acquired companies to align with Fever’s strategic priorities.
What You'll Do
- Support the analysis of acquired companies to understand their business models, commercial performance, and growth drivers.
- Assist in the definition and tracking of business plans for acquired entities, ensuring alignment with Fever’s strategic priorities.
- Help monitor post‑acquisition performance and identify potential opportunities for synergies, scalability, and improvement.
- Contribute to research and analysis for expansion and growth initiatives across markets and business lines.
- Assist in the development and execution of integration plans across product, operations, commercial, marketing, and corporate functions.
- Support cross‑functional teams during integration processes to ensure alignment and smooth transitions.
- Help identify risks, dependencies,
and operational challenges, escalating insights when needed.
- Contribute to documenting best practices and improving integration playbooks and processes.
- Support communication between acquired teams and internal departments to ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with different teams within Fever to help harmonize processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Prepare analyses, presentations, and updates to support communication with senior stakeholders and leadership.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in strategy, operations, consulting, or M&A;/integration topics.
- Solid analytical skills and a structured, data‑driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a cross‑functional environment.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with diverse teams.
