Key Responsibilities Of The Role
- Ensure that projects under their control are delivered safely,



on time and within budget.
- Ensure that projects under their control are delivered to the required quality standards and with minimal snags/defects.
- Manage the design process until the full design is complete and approved, including the coordination of design reviews, technical queries (RFIs), value engineering initiatives, and design risk management.
- Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP) and ensure all project functions operate in accordance with it.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports on project status that track % complete, schedule performance, baseline variance and costs, including key risks, opportunities, procurement status and resource forecasts.
- Lead project risk and opportunity management, maintaining an active risk register and implementing mitigation measures.
