Mission
We are currently looking for a Engineering Manager who wants to lead people and strengthen technology teams: someone with a genuine passion for developing talent, a solid technical vision, and the drive to build a culture of high excellence.
You will oversee performance, make decisions to ensure quality and progress, and define strategies to meet deadlines.
The Role
- Lead, motivate, and support the professional growth of engineers and technical team leads through weekly 1:1s and individual career development plans.
- Manage team performance by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and supporting team members through improvement processes or role transitions.
- Oversee the team's technical quality, including code reviews, coding standards, architecture, and infrastructure.
- Identify, prioritize, and address technical debt, communicating its impact to relevant stakeholders.
- Anticipate risks and improvement opportunities before they become pain points, proposing solutions with sound technical judgment and a team-oriented mindset.
