Job Description
As a Luxury Reservation Consultant, you will be a key member of our Global Reservation Centre based in Barcelona, handling inbound booking calls and utilizing your sales skills to offer knowledgeable recommendations while reserving rooms and suites for our luxury brand hotels worldwide. You will engage guests in authentic conversations, drive bookings,
and maximize revenue, ensuring exceptional service and achieving sales targets.
Your mission will be to serve as the connection between Accor and our guests through:
- Responding to guests’ requests in an unscripted environment, where we are known as Heartists (Heart + Artist). Everything we do comes from the heart, giving you freedom to be creative in your conversations.
- Having authentic conversations while booking general travel experiences to luxury destinations.
- Sharing your knowledge and passion for hospitality, making thoughtful recommendations to help guests choose the right room and package for their needs.
