We are looking for a DevOps Engineer focused on automation and reliability to build and operate our CI/CD pipelines and on‑premises platforms while ensuring robust monitoring, support, and system stability.
Your Responsibilities
Automation, Pipelines & Platform
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the deployment of software across sites and datacenters.
- Operate and evolve our on-premises Kubernetes and legacy platform hosting applications.
- Drive consistency of deployed software and configuration across sites by automating deployments and infrastructure provisioning (Infrastructure as Code).
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency, repeatability, and scalability.
Reliability, Monitoring & Support
- Set up and maintain consistent monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Handle support requests via the service ticketing system, phone, and email; lead escalations, route issues to the right teams, and drive them to resolution.
