We are looking for a trilingual Key Account Manager for Ads Solutions to join our team in Madrid. The idóneo candidate will be passionate about digital advertising, have an analytical and results-oriented mindset, and be able to build strong relationships with international clients.
Responsibilities
? Drive revenue growth in the European market by providing effective advertising solutions and operational support to key clients.
? Understand clients' business objectives and translate them into data-driven advertising strategies.
? Manage daily communication with clients (emails, calls and face-to-face meetings).
? Support the launch, optimisation and scaling of campaigns within our Ads platform.
? Analyse campaign performance and generate insights to improve efficiency and results.
? Collaborate with advertisers in sectors such as gaming, entertainment, sports, fintech, tourism and apps.
? Use AI tools and analytical methodologies to increase operational efficiency and campaign optimisation.
? Participate in industry events and advertising ecosystem activities.




? Collaborate with product and operations teams at HQ to improve functionality, platform usage and customer experience.
What we are looking for in you
✔ Previous experience in digital advertising (agencies, DSPs, performance marketing or publisher-side).
✔ Solid knowledge of the advertising ecosystem and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
✔ Analytical mindset and ability to convert data into optimisation strategies.
✔ Familiarity with AI or automation tools applied to marketing or data analysis (highly valued).
✔ Proactive, solution-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
✔ Knowledge of the advertising ecosystem in the EU and network of contacts (desirable).
